Reservations for Easter and Christmas holidays (or for any other peak holiday times) involve an increased price. The payment of the balance must take place at your arrival. We do not accept credit cards; special reductions (even 50%) will be granted in case of stays longer than five days.
The stated prices are per room and per night and they include breakfast, cleanings, changing of sheets (every three days) and taxes. An utmost cleanness and a complete privacy will be always assured.
Guests will allowed to use the keys of the rooms according to their own needs and hours; the keys will be handed in by the staff after guests will have signed a regulations sheet, that provides for an indemnification in case of loss of the keys.
